Yacht Management Agreement & Scope of Services

The Manager agrees to provide comprehensive yacht management services, including but not limited to the following:

1. Maintenance & Engineering – Regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and technical support.

2. Cleaning & Upkeep – Providing yacht cleaning personnel, equipment, and materials.

3. Fuel & Supplies – Supplying yacht fuel, consumables, and operational materials.

4. Operational Management – Overseeing yacht operations, ensuring compliance with maritime standards and safety regulations.

5. Parking & Electricity – The management package includes yacht parking and electrical supply.

6. Booking Calendar – The Manager will provide the Owner access to a digital booking calendar to add, view, or track bookings.

Management Fee Structure

The Owner agrees to pay the Manager a fixed annual management fee of AED 180,000 (One Hundred Eighty Thousand UAE Dirhams).

This fee includes all costs and expenses related to:

• Cleaning and maintenance services

• Fuel, cleaning materials, and regular yacht consumables

• Parking and electricity

Note: Extraordinary repairs, upgrades, or modifications shall require prior written approval from the Owner and will be billed separately.
